Coaches
Eating disorder recovery coaches have proven to be game-changers in the recovery process and are important members of the comprehensive treatment team. Our coaches are followers of Jesus who understand the complexities of eating disorder recovery and are committed to walking with you on your journey to full recovery.
Your recovery coach will work with great intentionality towards transformed living. While we certainly want to abolish eating disordered behaviors, we also want to replace them with solutions that lead to a better way to live. The Bible gives us those answers.
In collaboration with your therapist and dietitian, we will work towards recovery goals. When the goals get tough (and they will), we are here to support and encourage you through the journey. Recovery includes wading through a lot of heavy hurt, confusion, regret, shame, and a whole host of other emotions. We pray that you find in our team a source of comfort, wisdom, support, and motivation in your sessions.
